The above prices also covers the HST.

As part of the above rates, serene kayak rentals provides the following safety equipment per boat:

·       A Personal Floating Device (PFD) Youth max chest size 28"/Adult max chest size 50"/Large max chest size 56". It's your responsibility to ensure that you have with the correct size.  PFD are to be worn at all times on the water.
·       Buoyant heaving line at least 15 metres in length.
·       Flashlight (if required)
·       Sound-signaling device
·       Bailing bucket

A Damage Deposit of $100.00 per overall kayak rental session is required.

The Renter will be required to sign a Liability Waiver Form prior to receipt of Kayaks.

Weather Conditions
If the weather conditions are not suitable your booking can be rescheduled.  
 
Adult renters (18+) will be required to sign an agreement for liability release as well as agreement for cleaning, repair or replacement of lost or damaged equipment at the full retail replacement value. The parent/guardian of a minor aged 7-17 is required to sign the same waiver for that person in their care.
